Why it matters in Florida
From May through October, Gulf Coast rain plus heat means Floratam St. Augustine can put on three to four inches a week. Skipping to biweekly in that window removes more than a third of the leaf blade at once, which stresses the runners and opens the door to brown patch and sod webworm. We run weekly through the rainy season and step down to biweekly from November through April, when growth slows and your bill drops with it.

Do you require a contract?
No long-term lock-in. We work on a rolling schedule you can pause or stop with a week's notice. Most customers stay on year-round because the winter rate is lower and the lawn never gets away from them.
What if it rains on my day?
We push to the next dry day and text you. In the rainy season that usually means one day later, not a skipped week.
Do you bag the clippings?
Not normally. Mulched clippings return nitrogen to Florida sand, which is nutrient-poor to begin with. We bag on request or when growth got ahead of us.
