Bradenton is home base - the shop is off 147th Street East and most of our weekly route never leaves the city. From the older shaded lots around Ballard Park and Village of the Arts to the newer builds east of I-75, we know which yards need a mulching mower and which need a hard edge every single week.
Lakewood Ranch, FL
Lakewood Ranch runs on standards. Villages have their own ARC rules, turf height expectations and bed maintenance requirements, and the violation letters go out fast. We service the ranch on a fixed weekly day so the lawn never drifts out of spec.
Parrish, FL
Parrish has exploded along US-301 and Fort Hamer Road, and most of it is new construction - which means thin builder sod on compacted sand, irrigation that hasn't been tuned, and beds with three shrubs and a lot of open mulch. That first year is when a lawn is either set up or lost.
Ellenton, FL
Ellenton is a mix of established riverfront homes, mobile home and 55+ communities, and newer development creeping in from Parrish. Lot sizes swing wildly, so we quote Ellenton on site more often than anywhere else on our route.
Palmetto, FL
Palmetto sits right on the Manatee River across from Bradenton, with older established blocks downtown, waterfront property along Snead Island and Terra Ceia, and newer growth pushing north toward US-41.
University Park, FL
University Park and the surrounding University Parkway corridor is mature, manicured and detail-driven. Established landscaping, tight community standards and a lot of golf-course-adjacent turf that people notice.
Myakka City, FL
Myakka City is acreage country - five, ten and twenty-acre parcels, ranch properties, and long drives that need brush control as much as mowing. Different equipment, different pricing, same crew.
North Sarasota, FL
We run north Sarasota above Fruitville Road - the University Parkway corridor, Sarasota-Bradenton airport area, and neighborhoods that are honestly closer to our shop than parts of east Manatee.
